This website only sells services and digital courses and these types of goods are exempt from being returned.

There are certain situations where full or partial refunds are granted.

Once you request a refund and your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours.

Late or missing refunds

If you don't see your refund in 24 hours, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you purchased your service or digital course with a discount, only the discounted amount will be refunded if approved.

Exchanges

Because we only sell services and digital courses, no exchanges will be allowed.

Gifts

Because we only sell services and digital courses, no refunds will be given for gifts.
